The MBSR has numerous studies proving its effectiveness on participants who dedicate to the process. It's been running world-wide since 1979 (the year I was born!) Feel frazzled? These sessions are open to anyone with any level of experience. In fact, if you have ever felt you can't meditate then they are perfect for you because I explain exactly what meditation is, how we can all do it and it doesn't have to be done sat lotus, omming with incense sticks! Come to one session and take what you learn away with you. If you enjoy having someone guide you through a meditation and want to gift yourself some time in the week for self-care then keep coming back.
The mental and physical benefits of cold water therapy are numerous and not just for athletes, but for everyone. Anything below 15C is classed as cold water therapy, so you don't have to be thrown into a tub of ice to benefit. In these sessions I will teach you how to breathe as you enter the water and how to focus your mind during the experience. You will learn about the benefits, how you can repliacte the experience at home and how to keep safe. Come for one session or keep coming back!
